You will execute a proven, field-tested sales process with intensity and control. You’ll master strategic follow-up, sharpen your edge daily, and collaborate with a focused, ambitious team that holds a high standard. This role requires 2+ years of high-ticket or in-person closing experience, strong self-management, and the internal drive to compete at an elite level. If you are local to Scottsdale and energized by an on-site culture built on accountability, straight talk, and performance this is your platform.
